Purchase a Studio Gift Certificate for someone special

with the following information:

your credit card number, expiration date, security code (last 3 digits on the back of your card)
your name and address
would you like the Certificate sent to you, sent to your recipient, or left on file at the Studio?
the amount of the Certificate
the name of the person the Certificate will be gifted to and her address
any sentiment you would like us to add to the Certificate

A One Dollar service fee will be added to your Gift Certificate
Sales tax will be added to any products purchased at the Studio with a Gift Certificate
All Gift Certificates are valid towards any class(es) and/or products available at the Studio for one year from date of issue.
